Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic AVP Sales (Academics) to lead our efforts in building academic partnerships with colleges and universities and promoting our FutureSkill training programs, internships, Minor Degree, and Honors programs.

As a distinguished partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Rooman offers government-sponsored Future Skill training programs. Key Responsibilities

Academic Outreach:

  • Visit colleges and universities to present Roomans training programs and services.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in academic institutions.

Webinars and Seminars:

  • Organize and conduct engaging webinars/seminars for students and faculty to promote FutureSkill training programs.
  • Showcase the benefits of integrating Roomans training into academic curricula.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Drive collaborations with universities to incorporate FutureSkill training, internships, and Minor Degree programs into their syllabus.
  • Work on aligning Roomans offerings with academic and institutional goals.

Program Promotion:

  • Promote Roomans Internship, Minor Degree, and Honors Program to academic institutions.
  • Build long-term partnerships to drive consistent growth in enrollments and participation.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed sales and partnership targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective institutions and track progress toward goals.

Qualifications

  • 812 years of experience in academic sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of higher education and training sectors.

    Proven ability to engage and negotiate with academic institutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to conduct impactful webinars and seminars.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in building long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and universities.
