Job Description
- The Manager Technical Sales in Paper Chemicals position offers the opportunity to work remotely with a hybrid option available. As an ideal candidate with 2-5 years of experience in Paper/Specialty Chemicals, your key responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, recommending suitable products, handling inquiries, providing technical details, offering quotations, and developing and executing sales strategies across India. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and mentor and train the sales team.
To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, MSc in Chemistry, possess strong knowledge of Paper & Specialty Chemicals, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools, be willing to travel extensively, and exhibit the ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline.
