Data/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to build scalable data pipelines and deploy production-grade machine learning systems powering our SaaS platform in Gurgaon.

In this role, you will work on analytics, automation, recommendation systems, and ML-driven product features while collaborating closely with backend and product teams. We are specifically looking for candidates who have strong hands-on experience in ML model deployment, production workflows, and scalable data engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain batch/streaming pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow
• Develop, deploy, and monitor ML models in production environments
• Design and optimize data models and queries on ClickHouse
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows from PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
  
• Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ-based event-driven systems
• Improve data quality, scalability, and query performance
• Contribute to MLOps workflows, monitoring, and retraining pipelines

Required Skills

• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with ML model deployment and production serving
• Experience with Apache Airflow
• Experience with ClickHouse or analytical databases
• Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ
