Procurement Manager(UAE)

Our flagship model, the ROX 01, an all-terrain luxury SUV embodies three core values: family comfort, exceptional off-road performance, and a premium outdoor experience. Our UAE office is looking for a Purchasing Manager/Senior Purchasing Manager with the below qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for various procurement tasks assigned by management, including but not limited to materials procurement for daily factory operations, as well as procurement needs for engineering services, marketing services, logistics services, and complete vehicle components. Familiar with and able to analyze local market supply chain resources and seek suitable suppliers; create and maintain supplier data.

2. Conduct price inquiries, comparisons, and business negotiations to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing for procurement projects, and complete project deliveries on time.

3. Prepare procurement approval materials and report to the China procurement headquarters for approval.

4. Sign contracts and arrange payment for orders.

5. Coordinate various on-site factory requirements, handle procurement business communication, and meet reasonable demands.

6. Responsible for introducing and evaluating new suppliers, promoting cost reduction, and continuously improving delivery times.

7. Ensure reasonable pricing for goods and services through transparent, compliant, and competitive procurement processes according to required quality and timeline.

8. Ensure completeness and compliance of all business negotiation documentation; responsible for document management and storage.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2.Proficient in both Arabic and English. Chinese language will be a plus but not required.

3. At least 3 years of procurement work experience in the Middle East; familiar with and knowledgeable about the UAE local market.

4. Work requires consideration of time differences between China and the UAE.
