Accounting Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial reporting
Proven experience in managing accounting teams and overseeing full-cycle accountingResponsibilities:
Oversee and manage the company's accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance metrics
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate internal audits and support external auditors
Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions
