Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with 510 years of proven experience in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth across tourism-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the tourism sector
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and other tourism stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product, and finance) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field
  • 510 years of experience in business development within the tourism or travel industry
  • Strong understanding of tourism products, distribution channels, and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with international and local tourism partners
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools

Skills:

  • Existing network within the tourism and travel industry
  • Experience with B2B partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
