Job Purpose:
The role of Rides and Experiences will lead brand management for key experience properties including Motoverse, Himalayan Odyssey, Himalayan Spirit, and the Royal Enfield Rides program. This role drives social media execution, collaborates with internal/external content teams and promotions agencies, and builds partnerships for revenue and brand value, aligning all efforts with Pure Motorcycling

What youll do:
Brand Management:
- Manage experience brands like Motoverse, Himalayan Odyssey, Himalayan Spirit, and Royal Enfield Rides, ensuring consistent positioning and storytelling.
- Develop strategies to elevate these properties as cultural touchpoints for rider engagement.
Social Media & Content Execution:
- Oversee social media for Motoverse and Rides, curating content to boost visibility and community interaction.
- Partner with internal/external content teams to create compelling narratives and repurpose user-generated content.
Promotions & Agency Collaboration:
- Work with promotions agencies to amplify rides and events through targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate integrated execution across digital, PR, and marketing channels.
Partnerships Development:
- Identify and secure partnerships with brands for sponsorships, co-branded value, and revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate deals to enhance experiential offerings and community reach.
Content & Digital Marketing:
- Lead content generation briefs for brand properties
- Oversee social media management related to rides and events, driving engagement and brand visibility.
- Support Newsroom content creation by identifying opportunities to generate stories that shape opinions.
- Spot opportunities to curate and repurpose user-generated content to foster community and brand advocacy.

What youll bring:
Experience: Min. 5 years of professional Ride/event planning and execution experience.
Qualification: Bachelors degree (Full Time) in Engineering, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Mass communication or a related field
