Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase offerings to potential customers.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in field sales or related roles (field marketing, B2B sales).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  
• Strong convincing power, communication skills, interpersonal skills, target achievement mindset.
