Good at MS Excel

Good interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities :

Following work related to multiple clients

1)Reconciliation Activity

2)GST Compliance

a.Monthly Filing of GSTR3B and GSTR1

b.Monthly GSTR2A and GSTR2B reconciliation

c.GST reconciliation with Books

3)Direct Tax

a.TDS return filing

b.Income tax return filing of individuals and corporate

c.Advance tax and TDS payments

d.Trust related filings (including 12A and 80G)

e.Transfer Pricing

4)Book Keeping

a.Maintenance of Books of Accounts client in Tally/Busy

b.Preparation of Financials

c.Preparation of Budgeted Financials

5)Audit

a.Statutory, Tax and other Audits of Companies

6)MCA

a.MCA filing of Companies and LLP

b.XBRL filing Coordination

d.Other MCA filings

7)Provident Fund and ESI

a.PF and ESI compliances

8)Other Assignments

a.Fixed Asset and Inventory Verification

b.MIS assignments

c.Import Export compliances

d.Trade mark registration

9)Handling a team of 15

10)Client coordination and deliver the services.

11)Creation of SOP

a.Standardise and create SOP for each activity.
