Job Description
- As a Contract Specialist at RSM, you will play a crucial role in creating and editing various consulting contracts and deliverables while adhering to RSM standards and guidelines. Your primary responsibility will involve developing a strong understanding of RSM branding to ensure consistency in formatting across all documents. You will be well-versed in processing contracts and deliverables for the supported service lines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, editing, proofreading, and formatting contracts and deliverables using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
- Maintaining knowledge of firm systems, policies, procedures, templates, and deliverables for assigned service lines
- Editing documents for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and content accuracy
- Verifying completeness, accuracy, and formatting of contracts and deliverables
- Ensuring compliance with AP Stylebook, developed standards, and RSM brand guide
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients to enhance professional growth
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Intermediate software skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to prepare, proofread, and edit contracts and deliverables
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in grammar and proofreading
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
Additionally, you should demonstrate:
- Working knowledge of technology tools relevant to the job
- Aptitude for learning and proficiency
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail
