Job Description
- Role Overview:
You are a technically proficient Kyriba Implementation Consultant specializing in API integrations and treasury systems. Your primary responsibility will be implementing Kyriba's Treasury Management System (TMS) with a focus on system connectivity, data integration, and automation using Kyriba's API framework and other protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure system workflows to align with treasury operations and business requirements.
- API & Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between Kyriba and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) using RESTful APIs, SFTP, and host-to-host protocols. Collaborate with IT teams for secure and scalable connectivity.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor and resolve integration issues, optimize API usage, and recommend automation strategies for improved efficiency. Maintain documentation for integration architecture and data mappings.
- Testing & Deployment: Create and execute test plans, support data migration and validation, and assist in go-live activities.
- Training & Collaboration: Train internal teams and clients on Kyriba's API capabilities, work closely with Kyriba support and client IT teams to resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CA/MBA, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in treasury system implementation, with at least 2 years focused on Kyriba.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, and bank connectivity protocols.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial data structures.
- Experience with Kyriba's API documentation and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Kyriba certification or training in API and integration modules.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and middleware tools.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects.
