Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare high-quality federal and state corporate income tax returns and workpapers.
- Review simple and moderate tax returns and workpapers in detail.
- Advise clients on corporate and partnership tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions activities.
- Develop, motivate, and train staff members at the team level.
- Research and review tax questions related to income tax compliance.
- Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
- Share industry knowledge and expertise.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), or Business Management (Finance).
- Minimum of 2+ years of corporate federal tax compliance and tax consulting experience, including planning, research, and mergers & acquisitions activities.
- Experience in preparing simple, moderate, and complex tax returns/workpapers, as well as reviewing them in detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a public accounting firm.
