Billing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• The Billing Lead proactively processes all billing transactions in coordination with their assigned primary billers utilizing the most effective and efficient procedures and systems to facilitate the timely billing for services delivered by the firm in accordance with Firm policies.
• This position assists billers and external client servers in resolving advanced billing issues. The Billing Senior Associate II is responsible for the oversight of 3-5 Billing Associates/Senior Associate I, and the processing of advanced billing tasks/scenarios.
• This position also assists with the reviewing of work and training of new or existing team members as well as serves as a lead on team projects or sub-service line.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• 
  Associates degree with an accounting focus or equivalent experience – Required
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience – Required
• Accounting or Finance major – Required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Required
• Ability to learn, implement and train others – Required
• Ability to work in a large, complex, dynamic organization where a high degree of ambiguity and change exists – Required
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including senior leadership – Required
