Key Responsibilities

Talent Inclusion & Recruitment Enablement

• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to embed inclusive hiring principles and support the development of diverse talent pipelines.
• Drive and maintain structured, bias?aware screening, assessment, and interview processes across functions.
• Train and coach hiring managers on equitable evaluation frameworks and inclusive selection practices.
• Collaborate with employer branding and onboarding teams to ensure an inclusive candidate experience end?to?end.

DE&I Strategy, Governance & Insights

• Work closely with the DE&I committee to translate organizational inclusion priorities into actionable recruitment and workplace initiatives.
• Analyze hiring and workforce data to identify representation gaps, systemic barriers, and improvement opportunities.

• Support the development and implementation of DE&I programs, awareness sessions, and policy enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, DE&I programs, or related people operations roles.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and experience driving inclusive talent practices.
• Data?driven mindset with hands?on experience using ATS platforms and workforce metrics.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
