RSPL Group - Team Lead - Procurement - Hygiene Care Division

This position oversees the entire procurement function for hygiene care products, managing sourcing, imports, supplier relationships, cost analysis, and new project procurement strategies. Ensures timely, cost-effective acquisition aligned with company growth and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for hygiene care commodities, including imported goods.
- Manage import operations ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and efficient logistics.
- Conduct detailed costing analysis of products to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring quality.
- Lead new projects for product development and launch, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and build strong vendor and supplier relationships locally and globally.

- Monitor market trends in hygiene care commodities to identify cost-saving opportunities and sourcing innovations.
- Supervise procurement teams, set performance benchmarks, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Coordinate with finance for inventory and other cost matters to align procurement budgets and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in procurement, specifically in hygiene care or FMCG sectors with a strong focus on imports and commodity management.
- Proven expertise in product costing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead new procurement projects and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of international trade, import regulations, and supply chain software/tools.
The role demands a strategic thinker with tactical execution skills, capable of balancing cost, quality, and supplier reliability to support the company's growth in hygiene care products.
This position is with HCD Vertical.
Office Time: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
