Business Development Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients, building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do: You will utilize various recruitment channels to identify, screen, and interview potential candidates, ultimately placing them in suitable roles.

Key responsibility:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and experience.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs.
  
• Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Adhere to ethical recruiting practices and legal compliance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
