Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Development

About the Client:

One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.


• Develop and implement engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while building strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Manage a detailed content calendar, coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely, visually consistent posts.
• Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content to foster a safe, engaging community.
• Track performance metrics through monthly reports, gather insights from community feedback, and stay updated on social trends and platform changes to optimize engagement.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on community building.

• Proficiency with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
