Position Title: Legal & Compliance Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent holding company in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, automotive and business center.

Job description
• Coordinating with the retained lawyers on the relevant law (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).
• Directly reporting to the Group Compliance Manager to stay up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the group.
• Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
• Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

• Only open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in law & certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with knowledge of the real estate industry will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
