Job Title: Product Manager Commercial Vehicle

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 8 years

CTC - Up to 15 Lacs Fixed + Variables

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the Wheels Business (Used CV/CE, Car and Tractor) product program, policies, pricing structures, and process workflows.
• Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitive offerings to identify areas of improvement and growth.
• 
  Coordinate closely with sales, credit, collections, legal, operations, and risk teams for effective product delivery.
• Regularly track portfolio performance disbursements, yield, delinquency levels, and operational TAT.
• Recommend system and process enhancements to improve customer and partner experience.
• Ensure end-to-end operational governance, including documentation, BGV, vehicle valuation, and registration processes.
• Conduct training sessions for sales and branch operations teams on product features, process changes, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain product compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Commercial vehicle finance products, preferably in the used car vehicle finance segment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in vehicle finance, UCV lending, or similar NBFC lending products.
