Job Description
- As a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional with a strong passion for nutrition, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for Ruokamill products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as paediatricians, nutritionists, dieticians, and diabetologists.
- Actively promoting Ruokamill products through scientific detailing and impactful sales presentations.
- Driving product prescriptions and recommendations from HCPs.
- Conducting regular visits to chemists, pharmacies, and diet clinics to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Organizing small group meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and workshops with doctors and nutritionists.
- Collecting market intelligence, competitor activity, and feedback from healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring ethical, transparent, and science-backed promotion of products.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Minimum - Degree in Nutrition, BSc (Biology), or a deep understanding of the science of nutrition.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in pharma selling/nutrition product selling with exposure to working with chemists, pharmacies, and diet clinics.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus), high energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and the ability to translate nutrition science into persuasive sales conversations.
