Rupa And Company Limited is Indias largest selling knitwear brand, offering a range of knitted garments from Inner Wear to Casual Wear, Sleep Wear to Thermal Wear. The company has a strong brand presence across the nation with popular brands like Frontline, Colors, Euro, Bumchums, Torrido, Thermocot, Softline, and Jon. Rupa brands are known for quality, durability, and catering to various segments of society.

This is a full-time role for a Retail Head - position looking after PAN India EBO operation

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Retail Sales,

The EBO Retail Head oversees and manages Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) within the textile/ Fashion industry, ensuring their success and profitability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills.

Role Requirement

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Retail Sales,

The EBO Retail Head oversees and manages Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) within the textile industry, ensuring their success and profitability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills.

Job Location - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the to expand EBO network in alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities for opening new FOFO & COFO stores across pan India.
  • Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competition to drive business growth.

2. Outlet Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Monitor inventory, sales performance, and profitability.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to maintain motivation and productivity.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive innovation and improvement.

5. Financial Management:

6. Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master&aposs degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 15 YRS in retail management, particularly in EBO operations within the textile industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
