About the Role:
At Rupeek, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization of revenue streams across both the Fintech and NBFC businesses.
This role will be instrumental in identifying revenue leakages, validating revenue recognition, and improving internal financial processes across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Monitoring & Validation:

- Monitor end-to-end revenue processes across both companies.

- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue as per relevant accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).

- Validate the application of interest rates, fees, commissions, and other financial charges across customer segments.
Revenue Leakage Identification & Recovery:

- Identify potential revenue leakage points across business operations (e.g., discounts, fee waivers, system errors).

- Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to plug gaps and recover lost revenue.

- Set up exception monitoring dashboards and alerts to flag anomalies proactively.
Process Improvement & Controls:

- Design and implement revenue assurance frameworks and controls across departments.

- Recommend enhancements to existing revenue processes for automation and scalability.

- Evaluate fintech APIs, transaction flows, loan disbursements, collections, and fee recognition systems.
Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure revenue compliance with internal policies, RBI regulations (for NBFC), and other statutory norms.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during revenue audits.

- Prepare and present monthly revenue assurance dashboards and exception reports to senior management.

- Work closely with Finance, Product, Technology, Risk, and Legal teams for revenue-related projects.

- Partner with the Business Intelligence/Data teams to automate revenue assurance checks using analytics tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.

- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, Banking.

- Strong understanding of financial products, loan lifecycle, fee structures, and revenue models in fintech and NBFC domains.

- Proficient in financial systems (ERP, billing software), advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools.

- Familiarity with RBI regulations, Ind AS/IFRS, and revenue recognition principles.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
