To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in outbound calling and customer service. Your ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism will be essential. Moreover, you should have excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities, a basic understanding of financial products and services would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required. A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, while higher education is considered a plus. Fluency in both Hindi and English is a must, and knowledge of additional regional languages would be beneficial.,
