Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, compile, and analyze financial expenditures.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage & Execute Payments, following disbursal cycle.
• Support other accounts team members in closing the shoots by arranging all the bills from vendors
• Ensuring timely and error free execution of day-to-day Invoicing, Vendor Registrations, Expense Booking & Vendor Payments, Account/bank reconciliations.
• Ensure smooth cash disbursals as per budgeted expenses and collect all invoices on time to support the Cash Expenses.

Get Hired
• Maintaining books of Accounts, assist in Auditing.
• Preparing reports: MIS, P&L, balance Sheet, Cash to Cash Cycle, standing debt & credit
• Bank reconciliation, Vendor Management & handling communication with all vendors
• Ownership of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables across all product lines

Qualification

• 5+ Years of Experience in handling finances of a Mid-sized firm.
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Experience in Accounts Payable domain
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Comfortable with Tally & other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting packages and systems
• Ability to handle advanced excel and google sheets
• High comfort with technology and the ability to automate accounting processes
