Job Description

Location:Mulund, Mumbai (Hybrid: 3 days WFO), 5 Day work week

Shift:Fixed US Night Shift(mandatory)

Type:Full-time

Were building a platform that blendsexpert 1:1 human tutoring + global opportunities, and were aiming to impact1 million families worldwide. Big goal Yes. But were just getting started.

What will you do

Youll be thefirst real humanparents/students talk to when they discover Ruvimo and the person who turns that curiosity into enrollments.

Basically:Youll run the show for US enrollments.

Your day would look like-

?Talk to parents & studentsin the US market, understand what they need, and guide them like a pro

?Qualify leads smartly(not everyone is the right fit)

?Book trial classes, follow up confidently, andclose enrollments

? Hit weekly & monthly targets and get rewarded for it

?Own the pipeline: update CRM (Zoho preferred), keep notes clean & actionable

? Track your funnel performance and share insights to improve the overall sales engine

Youll thrive here if youre:

  • 26 years experiencedin B2C / Inside Sales (and genuinely good at it)
  • Strong atconsultative selling(you dont push, you guide)
  • Comfortable speaking to aprofessional US audience
  • Organized + target-driven + accountable (you dont need babysitting)
  • Good with CRM tools + handling high lead volumes

  • Experience selling to US customers
  • EdTech sales experience
  • A love for growth environments (where you can build + scale things)
