Job Description
Core Responsibilities :
1. Sales Excellence & Process Optimization :
- Design and standardize BNPL sales processes across channels and geographies.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve sales funnel efficiency.
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks for field and inside sales teams.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve turnaround time and productivity.
2. Strategic Initiatives :
- Support launch of new BNPL products, partnerships, and sales programs.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams for execution readiness.
- Lead pilot programs and scale successful initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
3. Performance Analytics & MIS :
- Build and manage sales dashboards, KPIs, and business performance reports.
- Analyze funnel metrics including lead generation, conversion, activation, merchant onboarding, and portfolio growth.
- Generate actionable insights to improve productivity and revenue outcomes.
- Track target vs achievement across teams and regions.
4. Sales Governance & Compliance :
- Monitor process compliance and audit readiness.
- Implement quality frameworks for merchant onboarding and partner acquisition.
5. Training & Capability Building :
- Create training modules for sales teams on BNPL products, systems, and sales processes.
- Conduct refresher sessions and knowledge assessments.
- Enable continuous learning and best practice sharing across teams.
6. Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with Regional Sales Heads, Business Leaders, Product, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with external partners, fintech alliances, and merchant ecosystems where required.
- Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
