Role Description:

The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and auditing tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, conducting internal audits, and assisting with tax filings. The Articled Assistant will work closely with Chartered Accountants and gain practical experience in the field of accounting and auditing.

Qualifications :

CA Inter

Exposures:

• 
  Accounting
• GST Compliances
• Income Tax Assessment
• Audit as per Section 44AB of Income Tax Act.
• Statutory Audit in Listed Companies, Colleges & Non Profitable Organisations
• Internal Audit in Listed Companies , Colleges & Non Profitable Organisations
• MCA Compliances
• Legal Compliances
• Annual Return & related compliances as per Section 44 read with Rule 80 of CGST Act, 2017
