Product Manager - Applied DX - Engineering And R&D Dept.

IMPORTANT NOTE : THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED FOR SHARJAH, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Applied DX to lead the development and management of Applied DX products, including Package Units, Split Units, and Swimming Pool Units. The role focuses on improving existing designs, reducing performance losses, enhancing reliability, and driving cost optimization. You will monitor market trends, competitor products, and lead R&D for customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clear vision and strategy for Applied DX product development.
• Lead new product development and customization of existing products.
• Manage product lifecycle and ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Guide design engineers and application teams to achieve targets.
• Ensure product certifications and compliance with industry standards.
• Continuous improvement of products and engineering processes.
• Collaborate across departments to meet product objectives.
• Adhere to QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in Process Manufacturing Management or
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in HVAC product development.

Technical Knowledge

• AHU, Split Unit, Package Unit design.
• Equipment testing, diagnostics, and component selection.
• HVAC regulations, safety standards, and certification programs.
• Heat exchangers and compressor design.
• Prototype design, conceptual studies, and market research.
