The Team
You will join a team of industry experts who will work with you to accelerate your development. With exciting learning opportunities at its core, well help you focus on building the essential skills needed for a successful and meaningful transition into the professional world. We provide industry-leading data, software, and technology platforms and managed services to tackle some of the most difficult challenges in financial markets.
Responsibilities - Development

• Learn, design, and implement technical solutions.
• Take responsibility of the tasks assigned to you, both in terms of timeliness and quality.
• Be curious and work closely with your teammates and mentors to gain a deep understanding of the technology and product you work for, and
• Develop products using technologies that are scalable and resilient.
• Solve complex data engineering problems.
• Develop products using Cloud Native technologies.
• Develop products that provide the best Customer Experience.
• Adhere to the best practices that enhance user experience, usability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Ensure clear communication on status to all stakeholders including regular progress and updates to your manager, peers and leads.
  

What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:

• Fresher - Bachelor in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or Computer Science or Information Technology. (Passing year 2023 OR 2024 only)
• Basic understanding of agile software development methodology and industry best practices.
• Basic understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, refactoring, debugging.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise, and detailed documentation.
• Willing to work in rotation shift 24*5 including night or evening shift basis business requirement
• Excellent design, problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in programming using Python/C#/Java or other languages and oops concepts.
• Basic knowledge in any database, SQL/PL-SQL, writing queries, and RDBMS.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) will be an added advantage.
• Theoretical knowledge AI/ML & ChatGPT.
