Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll (ECP and/or On-Premise Payroll). The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting HR solutions for global enterprises. This role requires both functional depth and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support in SAP HCM, Employee Central, and Payroll.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, translate business needs into system solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Design and deliver SuccessFactors Employee Central processes and integrations with Payroll.
- Ensure multi-country payroll compliance, statutory regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with integration teams (SAP CPI, middleware, S/4HANA, third-party apps).
- Provide L3 support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for Payroll and EC.
- Guide junior consultants and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 812+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP Payroll (ECP and/or On-Premise Payroll)
- Deep understanding of core HCM processes: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, and Benefits.
- At least 2 full-cycle implementationsof Employee Central and Payroll.

- Knowledge of HR regulatory compliance and global payroll.
- Strong understanding of integration (SAP CPI, API, middleware, and S/4HANA landscapes).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- SAP Certification in Employee Central and Payroll.
- Exposure to Talent Management modules (Performance, Compensation, Recruiting).
- Knowledge of SAP BTP extensions for HCM.
- Experience in cloud transformation projects (HCM ? SuccessFactors).
