Role Overview:
As a Closing Manager Commercials, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue through high-value commercial sales and leasing transactions. This role demands not only strong sales acumen but also the ability to strategically manage negotiations, client relationships, and deal closures in a competitive real estate environment. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening SAAs presence in Punes commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Conversion & Deal Closures:
- Manage and convert client walk-ins, revisits, and referrals into successful closures (sales & leasing).
- Lead end-to-end negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for property owners and tenants.

Business Development & Leasing Strategy:
- Identify, pitch, and secure commercial leasing opportunities across office, retail, and mixed-use spaces.
- Build strategic relationships with corporates, investors, and property owners to drive repeat business.
Target Achievement & Performance Management:
- Consistently achieve monthly sales, leasing, and collection targets.
- Act as a performance driver, ensuring follow-through on all leads generated by the team.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure accurate documentation of booking forms, agreements, and leasing contracts.
- Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, deals, and client interactions.
Client Relationship Management:

- Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.
- Generate reference clients and create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial real estate sales & leasing, with proven deal closure expertise.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Punes real estate landscape, leasing trends, and commercial market dynamics.
