Associate Manager - QEHS

Job Purpose
This position exists with the objective of fostering a culture of Safety, quality and Excellence across the supplier Chain .
Key objectives of this role are

• To work with the team on achieving operational excellence.
• Continuous Monitoring, development and training on the procedures to uphold the standards.
• Conduct & Organise Audits as per the standards with regards to EHS, Quality & Statutory requirements.
• Collaboration internally & externally to Implement training programs to enhance safety awareness, quality and environmental responsibility.
  

Job Responsibilities
Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Associate Manager is responsible to incorporate & monitor Standards & Control measures
Q1. Implement, monitor, and improve Quality Management System
Q2. Ensure compliance to as per the Standards developed.
Q3. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
Q4. Conduct In-process and Final audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Q5. Provide training & development to the Team as per requirement to increase levels of competence, quality, health & safety aspects.
Q6. Review aspects of safety in the workplace & ensure all staff operations are within the safety Norms.
Q7. Escalate any challenges to the reporting manager.
Q8. Timely interventions on areas related to safety & health aspects.
Q9. Build training modules for internal & external topics related to Operations, Environment, Health & Safety.
Q10. Support supplier qualification and quality assurance programs.
Q11. Lead Initiatives for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Q12. Modulate and review the Grievance committee process and monitor the areas of concern.
Q13. Capture & assist in reviewing the risk parameters proactively for any new projects.
Q14. Handhold & guide the other team members on QEHS requirements.
Q15. Ensure 5Sstandards are followed and reviews conducted through Continuous monitoring
Documentation
D1. Maintain and monitor complete documentation as per requirements of standards specified for Operations & staff Management.
D2. Timely reporting & system updates to be followed.
D3. Follow up with the teams to update the documents & collate these in a common Project Folder.

Management And Administration
M1. Assist the team to achieve the standards of compliance and quality documentation.
M2. Analyse data and feedback to identify areas for Improvement and strategies for QEHS performance.
M3. Work with the teams to identify key performance indicators.
Requirements
Knowledge Required

• Should be comfortable with MS Office & Data entries.
• Should be aware of the safety requirements & familiar with the audit processes.
• Language skills- Written and spoken knowledge of English, Spoken knowledge of Kannada, Tamil , Telugu & Hindi .
