Job Description

    As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new clients, projects, and partnerships. You will review tender documents and grant documents, preparing technical and financial proposals in a time-bound manner. It is essential to develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will create and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
    In terms of Team Management, you will be tasked with managing a team of waste management consultants and researchers. Your role will involve fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing mentorship and feedback to team members.
    Project Management will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of waste management consulting projects. It is essential to ensure that projects meet client requirements, budget, and deadlines. Monitoring project progress, allocating resources, and mitigating risks will also be part of your responsibilities.
    Client Relationship Management is another key area where you will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on waste management strategies, plans, and other project requirements.
    Your Technical Expertise will be utilized to understand practical knowledge about waste management and associated fields within the organization. It is crucial to stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in waste management. You will offer technical expertise to guide project teams and clients effectively, including visits to waste management facilities, conducting interviews, and data collection.

    Financial Management will be an integral part of your role, where you will prepare and manage the budget for the waste management consultancy division. Monitoring expenses and revenue to maximize profitability through efficient resource allocation and cost control is essential. Generating regular reports and performance metrics to evaluate the division's success and provide insights for decision-making will also be part of your responsibilities.
    To qualify for this role, a Bachelors/Masters Degree, preferably in environmental engineering/science, is required. The benefits include statutory benefits, paid leaves, and 2 Saturdays off.,
