Job Description

    Our client, an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team in Mumbai. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in understanding each client's business goals and IT requirements. By developing strategies that align services with their needs, you will drive revenue growth through identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services within assigned accounts.
    Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams including sales, delivery, and technical groups to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and services to clients. Your role will also involve serving as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.
    Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues within accounts will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to work swiftly to mitigate these risks. Additionally, preparing and delivering regular performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management is a key aspect of this role.
    To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is considered a plus. With over 15 years of experience in the IT services industry and at least 10 years of experience in account or client relationship management within the IT services sector, you will bring valuable expertise to the role.
    Proven success in managing large accounts, especially in the BFSI sector, is highly desirable. You should have in-depth knowledge of IT services, including software development (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you will be required to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    As a strategic thinker, you should have the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities that drive revenue growth. Strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required, and you should be willing to travel to client locations as necessary.
