Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end delivery management, account ownership, and large-scale program execution for .NET-based enterprise applications. The role demands P&L ownership, leadership of 100+ member teams, and high-touch stakeholder management across business and technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs and portfolios using .NET technology-based applications
  
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery across multiple projects
  
• Drive delivery governance, execution planning, and risk management
  

Account & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of contact for key client stakeholders
  
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships at senior leadership levels
  
• Lead QBRs, MBRs, and executive steering committee meetings
  

P&L & Financial Ownership

• Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts/portfolios
  
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
  
• Forecast revenues, manage budgets, and ensure financial compliance
  

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and manage large delivery teams (100+ resources) across multiple geographies
  
• Mentor project managers, delivery leads, and technical leaders
  
• Drive resource planning, utilization, performance management, and succession planning
  

SLA, Metrics & Operations

• Define, monitor, and govern SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics
  
• Ensure compliance with service management frameworks and operational excellence
  
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
  

Project Management & Governance

• Oversee project management operations, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
  
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, tools, and best practices
  
• Drive audits, compliance, and process maturity initiatives
  

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management / Program Management

• Strong experience managing .NET-based application development and maintenance programs
  
• Proven P&L ownership for large accounts or portfolios
  
• Experience handling large teams (100+ resources)
  
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  
• Hands-on experience in SLA management, delivery metrics, and operational governance
  
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  

Good to Have

• Experience in multi-vendor, multi-geo delivery models
  
• Exposure to managed services / AMS engagements
  
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe (preferred)
