Accounts payable (vendor and employees)

Ledger reconciliation

Donor-wise and bank-wise monthly reconciliation, including bank visits

Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

Assist in statutory and donor audits

Maintain financial files and records

Prepare vouchers, issue receipts, and perform advance reconciliation

Assist in TDS, PF & Professional Tax and other compliances

Manage day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks

Manage the filing, storage, and security of documents

Responsible for travel and accommodation booking effectively

Manage Office Supplies and Stocks, Stationery

Manage and coordinate with vendors for quotes, invoices, payments, couriers, etc.

Maintain a proper register of donors and foreign visitors

Responsible for accurate and careful entries of water quality test results in spreadsheets

Assist with reporting and dashboards in MIS, as and when needed

Organise and maintain the database and filing, including Station NOC and Agreements

Oversee the office internet and cupboards to be well-organised

Take minutes of the meetings, as and when required

Event Coordination

Coordinate events organised by SWNI: follow up with vendors, venue booking, etc.

Human Resource

Maintain Employee Attendance Records

Follow up with employees on reimbursement and other bills

Issuance of Service Fee Invoices, Repayment Receipts, etc.

Staff Health and Personal Accident Insurance

Inventory records

Maintain Data Backup of all systems
