Position: SEO Project Manager

About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Project Manager to lead and manage SEO projects end-to-end.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, technical SEO, analytics, and project management.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SEO projects that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client goals from the Account Manager and create actionable project plans and marketing roadmaps.
- Allocate tasks across SEO, Paid, Social Organic, Content, Tech and Design to the execution team and monitor overall project progress and timelines.
- Prepare, review, and deliver all client-facing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Serve as the main operational point of contact between Account Managers and the internal execution teams.
- Conduct internal review meetings and represent the execution team on client calls.
- Enforce adherence to SOPs in all processes and deliverables.
- Identify project-level risks or issues early and escalate them to the Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2-3 years in a project management role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and technical SEO.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
