You are cordially invited to join our team at Saffronart/StoryLTD in Mumbai as an Editorial Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated individual with 2-3 years of writing experience to support our editorial team in various writing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong English language skills, impeccable grammar, effective organizational abilities, and a knack for meeting tight deadlines. Prior knowledge in the field of art would be advantageous. The compensation package will be commensurate with your experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining artist profiles on our website, assisting with catalogue writing, updating the blog with relevant content, collaborating with different departments for editorial tasks, supporting PR activities such as drafting press releases, and contributing to social media/marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team and must be able to adapt to the company's style, tone, and voice.
To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Creative Writing. Your writing skills should be top-notch, with previous experience in content creation, editorial work, or journalism. The ability to multitask, work independently, and adhere to project requirements is essential. Familiarity with Indian art and basic SEO concepts would be beneficial.
