Salary Range: $2,500–$5,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (React & Django) to build and ship customer-facing product features in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work directly with product and engineering leadership to develop high-impact functionality, improve user experiences, and contribute across both frontend and backend systems.

This is a frontend-heavy full-stack role requiring strong React development skills, backend experience with Django or FastAPI, and the ability to move quickly from concept to production. The ideal candidate enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and leverages modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery.

What Youll Own

• Build and launch frontend-focused product features from concept through deployment.

• Develop intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user experiences using React.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and CRUD APIs using Django.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and Head of Product to prioritize and execute product initiatives.
• Improve application performance, usability, and overall product quality.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, business priorities, and product requirements.
• Leverage AI development tools to improve engineering efficiency and delivery speed.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, and product strategy.
• Maintain code quality, testing standards, and development best practices.
• Support product scalability as the platform continues to grow.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development.
• Strong proficiency with Python.
• Experience building modern web applications using React.
• Experience developing APIs and backend systems using Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and user experience principles.
• Ability to work independently within a remote startup environment.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms.
