Job Description
- As a Purchase & Store Executive, your role involves managing inventory and stock efficiently, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical and non-medical supplies
- Maintain accurate stock levels using FIFO/LIFO methods
- Organize and label items systematically in designated storage areas
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely disposal or return of expired items
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update inventory software
- Maintain records of inward/outward movement of goods
- Ensure documentation complies with hospital policies and NABH standards
- Assist in preparing reports for internal audits and quality indicators
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of store areas
- Track idle or slow-moving inventory and report to supervisors

- Participate in quarterly stock verification across sub-stores and central stores
**Qualifications Required:**
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
