Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Digital Analytics and GTM Implementation Specialist at Agbe, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and setting up web analytics to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Your role will involve working with various teams to understand business requirements, developing tracking strategies, and providing insights based on collected data. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of some work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking purposes
- Setting up web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to collect and analyze data
- Developing tracking strategies to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Providing insights and recommendations based on the analyzed data
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving for GTM and analytics configurations
- Ensuring the operational modules are competent and agile
Qualifications Required:
- 5-7 years of experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and management
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles would be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the IT consulting industry would be beneficial,
