Job Description
- You will be responsible for leveraging a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience. This will involve conducting research on customers, competitors, and products to inform your design decisions. You will be expected to develop personas, scenarios, and user stories, working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements accurately.
Your role will also include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize and iterate on design solutions. You will need to develop and implement usability testing to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the user interface. Designing for accessibility standards will be a crucial aspect of your work, ensuring inclusivity and compliance with relevant guidelines.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining usability documentation to support ongoing design iterations and product development. Collaborating with developers will be essential to ensure the quality of the final product. Working closely with product managers and marketing teams, you will strive to maximize customer success by aligning design outcomes with business goals.

Your role will also involve testing products with customers and validating them against predefined objectives. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of total work experience, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience. The work location will be in person, and the schedule will follow a day shift pattern.,
