Head - Finance - CA

PRG India is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead its finance and accounts operations at its Vadodara facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance and accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control frameworks that strengthen operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure business continuity.

- Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory requirements, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Lead internal and external audits; implement corrective actions with accountability.
- Formulate and execute strategic financial plans aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Deliver sharp financial insights and analysis that directly inform executive decision-making.
- Champion the optimisation of SAP Business One HANA across all financial processes and reporting.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align financial performance with operational goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team; foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - non-negotiable.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Business One HANA; advanced proficiency in financial tools and systems.
- Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and align with the values of a German MNC.
