Job Description
- As an Influencer Loyalty Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an innovative loyalty program targeting facade & window fabricators in small and medium-sized projects. Your role will involve cultivating non-price based value propositions using technical expertise, digital solutions, and consumer insights to deepen engagement, enhance fabricator capabilities, and differentiate offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loyalty initiatives focused on technical certification, advanced training, exclusive digital resources, and collaborative innovation platforms.
- Lead the deployment of digital tools to empower fabricators to optimize project delivery and showcase professionalism and technical expertise.
- Establish systems to capture qualitative insights from fabricators and end-users to refine value propositions and reinforce loyalty through impactful solutions.
- Develop tiered certification programs recognizing fabricators for excellence in technical expertise and professionalism to reinforce brand advocacy.
- Provide enablers to the Field Marketing team to build sustained, consultative relationships with fabricators and offer strategic technical guidance and platforms for peer collaboration.

- Proven experience in loyalty program management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and analytics for program tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage fabricators effectively.
