Job Description
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct thorough walkthroughs of restaurants to evaluate sanitation, pest control, equipment maintenance, and food handling practices.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with FSSAI Schedule-IV, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain non-conformities logs with corrective and preventive actions.
- Records Verification: Audit records regarding temperature logs, receiving, storage, and staff training to ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, or GFSI standards.
- Operational Coverage: Conduct audits across food manufacturing plants, catering units, central kitchens, and cloud kitchens.
- Audit Execution: Conduct 20 main days audits and maintain accurate audit logs and records.

- Education: B. Tech/B. Sc or M. Tech/M. Sc in Food Technology.
- Experience: 3 5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, regulatory enforcement, and auditing.
- Certifications: HACCP training and/or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 22000/FSSC 22000) is often required.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FSSAI Schedule-IV & ISO 22000 standards.
