Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve D2C website and digital interface experiences.
  
• Pay close attention to every interaction on the webpage scrolls, clicks, and hesitation points and improve them to build customer trust.
• Think about the complete customer journey, not just individual screens.
• Consider the post-order experience and how customers interact with the brand after placing an order.
• Help shape how we communicate with customers on channels like WhatsApp.
• Contribute to decisions around what we build next and why, alongside the team.
• Participate in shaping the product roadmap from a user experience perspective.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Experience working with D2C websites or digital products
• Degree in Design or a related field is a plus.
