Job Description
- As the Vice President of Human Resources at Salad Days, you will play a crucial role in leading the people function and driving organizational excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to ensure that the HR strategy aligns with the company's goals and contributes to business growth, cultural development, and talent readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute HR strategy that is in line with the organizational objectives.
- Drive Talent Acquisition efforts to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Establish robust Learning & Development programs and succession planning frameworks.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on workforce planning initiatives and culture building activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement; Masters or HR certifications are preferred.
- You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
