Job Overview
Salayel Hospitality is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to support daily front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the front office team, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle guest concerns efficiently, and uphold brand service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and concierge activities
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the Front Office Manager in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of team members
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and UAE regulations
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor room status, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements
  • Prepare shift reports, handover notes, and operational updates
  • Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit support when required
  • Maintain a high standard of grooming, professionalism, and service etiquette within the team
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services within a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Prior experience in a supervisor or Team Leader role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations and PMS systems (Opera or similar)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and guest-handling abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and customer service practices
