Qualification: MBA Sales/Marketing

Experience: 4 - 8 years

:
  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company&aposs customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
  3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  4. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  5. Understand key business drivers and leverage insights to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  6. Increase sales from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  7. Identify emerging markets and industry shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competitor activities.
  8. Must have subject matter expertise in Lead Generation and Data Research as a service.
  9. Experience in onboarding new clients and providing business solutions and services.
  10. Should have experience working with enterprise-level companies.
  11. Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Minimum of 4 8 years of experience in business development.

  3. Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  4. Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment.
  5. B2B sales experience is mandatory.
  6. Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.
  7. Experience networking with CEOs and other CXO-level professionals.
  8. Prior experience working for a startup is preferred.
  9. Must have experience in solution selling and consultative sales.
