Job Overview -
For this position, your experience in MIS/Data Intelligence role , particularly within sectors like IT, Telecoms, BPO & Outsourcing, and HR and Staffing, is crucial. Whether youve been actively engaged in such a role or held a senior position and are now seeking a shift, we believe youd be a perfect match. A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar function is required, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for working with numbers and engaging in data crunching exercises.
Collaborating with senior management is a key aspect of this role, contributing to the overall success of the business. Monthly evaluation through visual KPIs will be part of your responsibilities. We anticipate this role to bring significant success by formulating effective plans and strategies for the business. As part of our commitment, the company will provide funded training, essential tools, access to a state-of-the-art helpdesk CRM, designed with a substantial company investment, and a comprehensive exposure to the UK technology marketplaces products and services.
Role Pre-requisites: -

• Analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
  
• Develop statistical models and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain the MIS to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and develop efficient MIS
  

solutions.

• Integrate diverse data sources to create a unified and comprehensive dataset.
• Create visually appealing and informative dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through regular audits and validation processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve data-related issues and implement improvements.
